Where we ship

We ship across India through Delhivery, covering 18,000+ pincodes including most tier 2/3 towns. If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll tell you before your order is accepted.

Charges

Any delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay — nothing is added afterwards. Where a free-delivery threshold is running, the checkout tells you how far your order is from it.

Timelines

• Dispatch: within 24 hours of order confirmation (Mon–Sat).
• Metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): typically 4–6 days.
• Rest of India: typically 6–10 days.

These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, festivals, and courier load can add a day or two. You'll receive the tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is picked up.

Payment

All orders are prepaid — paid online at checkout with 100% secure payment (UPI, cards, or netbanking via Razorpay). We do not offer cash on delivery, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or the phone was unreachable, we'll contact you to reship.
